Safety Procedures at the Park
At Tidal Cove Waterpark, the safety of you and your family is absolutely paramount. Considering the public nature of our outlets and attractions within the resort, we take our responsibility toward health and cleanliness extremely seriously. For this reason, in light of COVID-19, we are implementing a new set of stringent protocols and guidelines to keep the waterpark’s common spaces and the wellbeing of its guests as safe as possible.

Frequent Disinfecting
All chaise lounges will be sanitized between guests with 200 ppm mobile chlorine misters

social distancing & sanitation requirements
Floor markers and plexiglass barriers have been added to all queue areas and counters. Guests are required to wear a facemask.

We are maintaining sanitization logs for all high-touch surfaces in the waterpark.

Take-Out and Delivery
All tables at Surf House will be spaced out a minimum of 6 feet from each other, and all dining areas will operate at 50% capacity.

All associates at Tidal Cove will go through continued sanitization and health safety training sessions.

Staff Safety Protocols
All associates are required to undergo temperature checks, wear protective gear, and change their gloves/wash their hands after every interaction.
