Safety Procedures at the Park

At Tidal Cove Waterpark, the safety of you and your family is absolutely paramount. We appreciate you joining in our efforts to keep the waterpark’s common spaces and the wellbeing of its guests as safe as possible by complying with local regulations and CDC guidelines. Please be aware that fully-vaccinated guests are not required to wear face coverings. However, guests not fully vaccinated must continue to wear face coverings in all indoor public areas. We value your support and understanding.

    All chaise lounges will be sanitized between guests with 200 ppm mobile chlorine misters. We are maintaining sanitization logs for all high-touch surfaces in the waterpark.

    All associates at Tidal Cove will go through continued sanitization and health safety training sessions. 

Updated Precautions

  • Self-dispensing hand sanitizer stations have been installed throughout the waterpark.
  • Fully-vaccinated guests and associates are not required to wear face coverings. Guests and associates not fully vaccinated must continue to wear face coverings in all indoor public areas.
