With the purchase of a Resort Day Membership, guests receive admission to Tidal Cove Waterpark, lounge chairs, towels, and poolside service. Admission to the waterpark is complimentary for guests of JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa during their stay, and is based on the designated occupancy of their room type.

 Self-parking is available at Tidal Cove for $25 daily. Parking must be paid on-site, and can be paid by cash or credit.

What To Know

  • Resort Day Memberships are not required for JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa guests.
  • Breakfast, lunch, and poolside dining are available all day from Surf House or Freestyle. Signature cocktails, refreshments, and homemade gelatos are also conveniently located on-site.
  • Lockers are available for rent and are a great option for storing your personal belongings while enjoying the waterpark. Subject to availability and rental fees apply.
  • Changing Rooms are available for your convenience.
  • Group rates are valid for groups of 20 or more, and must be paid for in one transaction.

ON-SITE DECORATIONS
Party decorations are permitted within the reserved guest cabana area only. Please note glitter, confetti, paint, markers, or crayons are strictly prohibited. All decorations brought into Tidal Cove must be removed and taken with the guest upon departure, or a $150 cleaning fee will be assessed.

What are the requirements to ride the attractions?

Tidal Cove aims to create an enjoyable experience for all. For the safety of our guests, we do have height & weight restrictions on select attractions and restrictions do vary. Please see individual attractions for specific information on height and weight parameters. 

Are outside coolers, food or drink permitted into the waterpark?

Unfortunately, outside coolers, food or drink are not permitted into Tidal Cove. However, there are many dining options inside the park for your enjoyment. For more information please visit our dining options.

When are you open, what are the hours of operation?

Tidal Cove is open daily from 9am - 6pm and with the attractions running daily from 10am - 5pm.

Are Service Animals or Emotional Support Animals allowed?

Tidal Cove complies with all federal ADA regulations in permitting trained service animals to accompany their handler into the park. Service animals must remain under the control of their handler at all times while in Tidal Cove. Service animals are not permitted in pools or on the slide attractions. Emotional Support Animals are not permitted in Tidal Cove.
